We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Customers must request a return within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Return requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The product must have no scratches, damage, stains, or signs of wear.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must not be broken or altered in any way.

Items that show signs of use or damage will not qualify for a refund.

Inspection Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality inspection.
  • If the product meets our return conditions, your refund will be approved.
  • If the product does not meet the conditions, it will be sent back to the customer.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection approval.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).
